Scott’s the best Lawer in Wisconsin he’s not just a lawyer he’s a life coach what ever he charges he’s worth it he’s going to fight for you to the end and he is not judgmental I’ve learned so much from him and wish I could have had the honor of learning more from him and he is really respected in the court room trust him!

Quality people

We were under contract to purchase a residential property when the inspection came back with significant concerns. After many attempts we could not find resolution with the home owner. Jim reviewed our contract and situation and laid out our legal options. After walking through all of our options with Jim we decided to request mutual termination of the sales agreement and Jim drafted and emailed a letter to the homeowners on our behalf, with a successful result. Jim impressed us with his thorough review and analysis of all the information. He explained the situation, potential risks and options to us very clearly. Throughout the whole process Jim was timely in his communication and accessible. He showed concern for our best interest and left us feeling like we were a priority,. We knew we were receiving the very best legal council and were obviously happy with the end result.

Simply put, terrible, misinformed, and most disinterested representation I have ever seen. Will never recommend to anyone.

Mr. Wales is an excellent lawyer! He is very knowledgeable and helped me through a very tough time. He took the time to get to know me on a personal level but also well organized and very professional.
