I was charged with my 2nd OWI back in 2021. John handled my case for 3 years. It took a year for my trial/hearing for the first ticket I was issued. John fought non stop to have my case dismissed due to lack of evidence, and witnesses. The case was indeed dismissed w/out prejudice. The ADA a few days later reissued my ticket. John did not hesitate to continuing handling this matter, and yet again fought endlessly to have this case dismissed due to lack of evidence and witnesses. John was very thorough and caring during this matter, due to myself also going through a serious DV Trial which was the reason for my “OWI.” John worked diligently on my case until yet again, it was finally dismissed with prejudice. John also helped me in navigating how to have this removed from my criminal record/fingerprints. He shared all evidence/information with me, kept me updated, along with always being available to call, text, email. I highly recommend John and his law office, he will fight for you! Got a speeding ticket going 28 over in 70 zone. Got it reduced charge so no mandatory suspension. It was obvious this law office specialized in traffic offenses, Mike, john brother, was quick to reply to communications and Jorden kept me updated throughout the process. Very happy w the end result. When they guarantee you money back you know they are good. Very happy.

He took care of everything SO FAST AND EFFICIENTLY! He called RIGHT BACK, got the info, gave me all the details and what to expect! He was AMAZING! court was tomorrow and he took care of it immediately! Flat rate 250$ even with court the next day! Awesome service and experience!

I hired them to represent me and they forgot to show up and enter a plea of not guilty. I was found guilty of everything and my license was suspended. They reopened the case and were able to get a plea deal but my driving record was not changed so it now reads as a suspended license and guilty of multiple charges. I have paid thousands in insurance premiums to go along with what I paid to represent me in court. Not very happy with them

John Bayer turned an unfortunate but civil encounter with a state patrol officer into a much more palletable outcome with the Milwaukee County Circuit Court. Although at my income, the very reasonabpe cost stings a little bit, the outcome of a clean driving record with only a small (15%) increase in forfeiture is the best outcome I think I could have hoped for.

They never fail me , went from a 6 point speeding ticket to a 0 parking ticket , and I wasn't speeding but you can never win the police , Mike makes the process super easy and quick. I recommend him over anyone 100% and he has prices you can't beat

Bayer was my first and hopefully only laywer. I wont do the stupid things I did when I was 18 ever since I got reckless driving, speeding, and a seatbelt ticketing going 105 in a 70 in Milwaukee county. Now I was a probationary licenser and still am but so I got 18 points from all 3 tickets(reckless driving, speeding, and seatbelt violation). So my license would’ve got suspended. Bayer didn’t let that happen however and gave me a deal that would save my license. He dropped both speeding and seatbelt violation and they only kept the reckless driving. On top of that the price for the ticket was only 250. I thought it was 1k when I checked the case online but I’m very happy I don’t need to pay 1k but instead 250. This was a 8 month long case and I’m very happy I chose bayer to be my lawyer. He’s a great guy and I got along with him. We even laughed during court at one point. Overall 100/10 very happy to work with him and I will be back if I get a ticket

This law firm is absolutely amazing with only a 2 week notice they stepped in at my request and handled my daughter's ticket and had reduced to defective speedometer very professional good rates would highly recommend these people thank you very much!

Working against the isle from Kate was miserable. She has no sympathy or care for the other party. She actively misled my ex-wife to make her believe things that were fundamentally untrue. It will take a long time for me to heal from the hurt and extra stress Kate created for an already damaging process. I would suggest thinking twice of working with Kate unless you want to inflict pain and suffering upon your exe. In my assessment Kate does everything she can to squeeze as many fees out of the process for herself while ignoring the long term impact of her actions and recommendations on the family involved in the case.

Kate McChrystal was a stellar attorney. She was thoughtful, responsive and handled everything with poise and integrity.
