One call covers all is accurate. Gruber Law Office covered everything from property damage to medical payments to ensuring my pain and suffering was justly represented by my settlement. My attorney, paralegal and staff were professional and, best of all, personal. My mom was in a hit and run car accident in February of this year her car was done for after that and she afraid to drive, she had minor injuries and was able to go home that same day. The staff there took care of her and made sure she got her every dollar she deserves. They brought tears to her eyes. I would highly recommend them.

The treatment I get when I call my attorney John Hansen or his paralegal Jessica is flat out rude. The only communication I've gotten is from me calling them, and even then they act is if I'm bothering them. Mind you I've done all the legwork...I took my own pictures of my totalled car, no one even bothered to do that. I was without a rental car for over 3 weeks, I had to outright ask if and when I'd get one from the at fault driver's insurance. The service is horrible...can't wait for this ordeal to be over. I will never use them or recommend them to anyone.

I have to admit when I wrote out my survey when I was up at their office, I was in mom mode, angry, and scared. I was not the kindest person for I just lost me Mother, my dog I had for 17 years, and possibly my son's.
Once I thought about it, I knew I was wrong. Jeff was outstanding, and a very kind lawyer. If anyone needs a lawyer that will work for you, contact Jeff at Gruber Law offices ( Jeff is in Milwaukee).
