So this entry into my Google guide account is going to be a bit more personal in nature compared to my typical posts but all things considered it almost has to be to make sense. So first I cannot stress how highly i recommend Gruber law for anyone who has been injured and looks to seek recompense. My attorney Nick and his paralegal Scott truly went the extra mile for me when I was indisposed to do so for myself and was generally overwhelmed with the totality of my situation. To provide context for this my injuries were near fatal and required a long course of treatment and recovery and put a lot of strain on my loved ones. I was afforded open respectful communication at every turn, patience when I needed space to think and conversely I was made to feel secure in the matters I chose to delegate to concentrate on myself. At 41, for the first time, I was injured so gravely that I wasn't able to simply bounce back and dust myself off, the impact was not only in my own areas but played largely in the fears of my young daughter. When I was hurt she saw me not as a indestructible force known as Dad but as a man who was in critical condition. Scott and Nick were so constantly on point that I was able to focus on the bigger picture and to do so with minimal intrusion and prompt communication when I reached out. At a time when I felt uncertain and concerned about things I'd never previously considered I was treated with dignity and allowed the grace to exercise levity free of anything but support. At every juncture my options were explained and more importantly my priorities were the bottom line. Even at the close of things when I finally had to summon the determination to get back on my bike and ride into Milwaukee to sign off and conclude the settlement I was given respect and treated very well. Funny thing is I was nervous and cautious about my trip down and for once in my life I was late. Seriously late. It was understood and went unspoken as the value of the act was obvious and important to me. I know that it infringed upon nicks schedule but without mentioning it at all he managed to make things work and saw to it that we had time to sit down and wrap things up. On a professional level the experience was ideal (if such a tragic thing can be) and due diligence would be a understatement. On a personal level I am very content with the way I was treated and feel that my best interests were considered at every step. Let that sentiment soak in as it is really a benchmark for what should be. As far and the settlement amount goes I find it in poor taste to discuss such things in detail but you can surmise that given the work they put in that it met or exceeded my expectations in innumerous ways. I. you yourself have any ambiguity about selecting this firm I hope my sincere words have helped to assuage any concerns. Let Gruber law handle the business of legalities and such so you can prioritize and attend to the big picture. Our adult, autistic son was involved in a pedestrian vs pick-up truck traffic accident.... he was the pedestrian. He suffered a major head injury (among others) when his head hit the pavement, so the first 48 hrs were pretty touch and go. Our attorney, Nick, was kind enough to visit us at the hospital in Madison (we live in central Wisconsin, but our son had been air-lifted to UW Madison), and immediately signed on to our case. They must have assigned me the worse that they have. I was in a wreck on my son’s birthday weekend. I called them to help me in July and we are almost in November and not only is my case still unresolved, they are not keeping me updated, and have now started to make false accusations against me based on the other drivers insurance provider. They approved and allowed a mechanic to fix my car damage which totaled out to $6000 and only covered $3000 saying the remaining damage must be because of another incident when all this happened in the same wreck. Now, I have been told I cannot get my car back until $3000 is paid. I am seeking legal council for everyone involved

Oh personal injury from a rental unit that’s toxic? Dont bother with them! They wont take ya!

I have a 15 year old friend that was just hit by a motor vehicle while crossing the street on his bicycle inside a crosswalk. Gruber law offices say they can’t help him lol. I would suggest reading the reviews before making a decision that is going to affect you for a very long time. Luke 12:15 Obviously their tv commercials and slogans are just that!
