Hired Jeffrey Jensen in a review of case seemed like he was willing to help me ended up finding in the review that there was possible findings ways to establish a way to reopen case yet felt he was in no need willing to help after I paid him. be care full who you deal with once they have your money helping you doesn't matter anymore. I would not recommend this attorney especially if your wanting something done in a case.

All my questions were answered as well as could be. Jeffrey was prompt and very accommodating to my questions and concerns.

In 2005, I was charged with a crime that was classified as a class C felony. Jeff was referred to us by a close childhood friend. When I met with Jeff for the first time, I didn't know what to expect. The details of the what I was charged with were difficult and embarrassing to talk to a stranger about. I advised Jeff that I wasn't guilty of what I was being charged with. Jeff's interaction with me was professional and nonjudgmental. My case went before a jury. Jeff was so thorough that I personally felt that if I were found guilty, there wasn't anything that I could fault Jeff for not doing. Jeff provided 12 men and women who I had never met before the information that they needed to make an informed decision.

Attorney Jensen finds a way to make an argument. He was brilliant with an OWI case I had two years ago. I called several OWI attorneys before a business partner referred Jeff to me. All other attorneys basically said I would get convicted. After talking with Jeff and Jeff's review of the police report, Jeff came up with an argument based on the fourth Amendment of probable cause. Attorney Jensen eventually convinced the prosecuting attorney to amend the OWI charge to a Reckless Driving. I followed his lead every step of the way. He see things very differently than most attorneys and found a way to make it happen.

He was completely and totally prepared for all court appearances with an astonishing amount of detail. I would not hesitate to recommend him. His handling of cases goes way beyond the fees that are charged; he genuinely cares about getting justice for his client.
