Mr. Benjamin Wagner took on my daughter’s case in July of 2020. From the very first encounter I knew that Mr. Wagner’s priority was my daughter’s wellbeing, and that he was going to fight hard to find justice. Every time we spoke his first question was always about how my daughter was doing. We needed to travel to the Milwaukee area to get some evaluations done for the case. After the evaluations Mr. Wagner talked about the importance of getting my daughter into therapy. He even provided therapists in our area that were suggested by the evaluation. Our case had its ups and downs. We knew that it was going to be hard, but Mr. Wagner fought hard and continued to find other options to continue with our case. He never gave up on this case. We just got our settlement last month. During the whole time Mr. Wagner was always there to answer my questions, he was kind and caring. His desire to have my daughter get healthy and find justice has us forever grateful for him. My daughter can finally start to heal and move on from her trauma. I highly recommend Mr. Wagner and his associates for anyone wanting to work with the most wonderful and caring firm.
