I was injured on the job and required multiple neck surgeries. Mr. Wagner is a great fighter and not only got a great settlement for me. But I gained a lifelong friend. Mr. Wagner is the real deal he fights for people because he cares about people. He is one of the very few that make this world a better place . What ever your situation may be , you will not find better representation and more importantly you will gain a friend.

I cannot think of anything negative to say about Benjamin Wagner. We worked together for years over the course of my case and he was responsive, informative, helpful, and compassionate; he earned my trust and confidence right away. He understood that there were many facets to my case (physical, psychological, financial) and was aware and empathetic in regards to all of them. I had a very sensitive and challenging case that Ben assisted me through. It was a very time-consuming and emotional manner but he remained right by my side.
