On top of that she seemed happy to help without me having to actually retain her services. I am a business professional and ran into an issue with the city of Milwaukee. I am very impressed with this law firm as well as attorney Rebecca M. Coffee. I had reached out to other lawyers and never even got a call back. I submitted the request and they communicated with me the following day and set up the discovery phone call. They were very easy to communicate with and treated me with the utmost respect. Rebecca was able to reach out to the prosecutor and find an alternative solution to the issue. This would not have been available without her knowledge, connections, and follow through. I am very satisfied with my outcome and will refer anyone i know to this law firm. I had a good experience and bad experience with attorney Leah Thomas. I knew I was in the wrong with my case. I had struggled with some issues in the past that led me to my case. When I first met Leah I told her about what other therapists had said I was struggling with and that I was not formally diagnosed at that time. She immediately had told me that she majored in psychology and felt I didn’t show signs of my condition. I was startled by this but I remained hopeful that she could help me. In reality I listened to her and did everything for myself to the point that I am today. I worked really hard, it felt sometimes that I was neglected by Leah. She seemed to take a lot a cases at that time, making her very busy. The only way to reach her is by email or her calling you when she has something to say to you. Calling the office will only get you the receptionist and voicemail. There was a point in time where I got so frustrated that I had to actually tell her over the phone to see what I was doing for myself. After that conversation she finally realized what she had to do...represent me! I was diagnosed and she finally understood what I was going through. The case went on and it was resolved. I was very grateful for what she had done. I felt really good at that point. I was sent a letter explaining my representation and judgement. I called with a question on my driving status, the receptionist would find out and get back to me, she did. They told me nothing was wrong and to contact the dmv. The dmv said I was denied and had to go to court. I asked Leah for some advise... just information. I assumed attorneys would know given she has represented many dui cases. She told me she was unable to help since she had a personal matter to attend to, I asked if any other other attorney’s knew anything. She said they’re all to busy. Ok...I was frustrated again. I felt I couldn’t count on them to find out. She thanked me for informing her on this and that she would know this for future clients. I had to do it myself, I kept on contacting the dmv and finally I got a result when I talked to someone at the courthouse. It was simple file an application, see the judge and give the notarized letter to the dmv. I got everything in order and got my work license. This was an achievement for me because the months going through my case I had traveled by bus day in and day out. I was stunned that a law firm did not know this or just didn’t care. In the end I am doing much better. I think the best thing she ever said to me was I needed to work hard and be an advocate. I did and it shows. I felt that the service provided was ok and it was just another case. I have no regrets hiring Leah. Word of caution, it all depends on your effort.

This law firm gets a five star across the board. Rebecca and Leah never once had me doubt their work, law firm, communication, or my innocence. They work as a team and it makes you feel that much better about now your case is coming along. My family will be forever greatful for their hard work and time put into my falsely accused charge. I recently hired Leah Thomas to help in a case regarding a restraining order that was filed against me. In the time of dealing with her, she handled herself in a professional manner. She took the time to research evidence I provided as well as witnesses to the case. She gave me nothing but confidence that the injunction would get dismissed. She was always friendly and provided answers to the many questions I had. The injunction was dismissed, and I feel as if Leah was a significant reason as to why.
