Never called me back

Worse experience I’ve ever had in my life ! I was involved in a car accident 1 year 6 months ago . I’ve been going to my appointments left and right for 1 year and 6 months now I had a lady name Kelly who was taking down all my medical updates and was never told that my case was closing until a different lawyer called me a few months later to inform me that my case is being closed due to the insurance reaching its max spending money on me like is this really true all I could do was cry I was blind sighted. Kelly my other lawyer never responded back to me and straight ignored me these last few months and I am still fighting to get better I still have future appointments that I’ll never get compensated for. Basically I had no choice to even ask for more money or a second offer my offer was already made for me to be sent to me so it can be signed can you believe that ! My life has changed dramatically I can’t do what I want on a daily anymore for my kids grandkids I can’t work I’m still suffering I thought you guys are suppose to fight for your clients.? Like what am I suppose to do now. The amount I receive Isn’t a it’s not a fair amount. I wish I would have never signed a contracted with you guys and went with my first choice! Never again will I choice you guys and will never recommend anyone to your firm !

I was hit by a car jogging. After going to the doctor, realizing i may have limited use of my wrist. I decided to contact a lawyer. I chose hupy and abraham, since a friend of mine had great success with this firm. As did i. They make you feel very comfortable, no question is a dumb question, and every assoiate i talked to even jason abraham was very friendly and helpful. Back in March of 2015 my dog and I were attacked by two other dogs that were running loose in the neighborhood. The attack occurred in my yard. My dog received several injuries requiring 4 1/2 hours of surgery, and I sustained several injuries myself. I contacted the Madison office of Hupy and Abraham and explained my case. The next day a representative from the law office came to my house, took the initial reports and pictures that I had taken the night of the incident. From the very first meeting to the close of my case everyone at Hupy and Abraham were very friendly, professional and truly concerned with my case. Attorney Brandon Derry was assigned my case along with his team of personnel it wasn't just one person representing me. Through their hard work and determination we were able to settle with the insurance company in less than a year, with a fair and reasonable settlement.
