Settled wrongful death case for minimum compensation to the family and then took it to probate when it legally didn't have to. They are now walking away with more then the family and are important to get documents accurately written. Would have be better off working with the insurance company.

Wonderful awesome experience

Worse experience I’ve ever had in my life ! I was involved in a car accident 1 year 6 months ago . I’ve been going to my appointments left and right for 1 year and 6 months now I had a lady name Kelly who was taking down all my medical updates and was never told that my case was closing until a different lawyer called me a few months later to inform me that my case is being closed due to the insurance reaching its max spending money on me like is this really true all I could do was cry I was blind sighted. Kelly my other lawyer never responded back to me and straight ignored me these last few months and I am still fighting to get better I still have future appointments that I’ll never get compensated for. Basically I had no choice to even ask for more money or a second offer my offer was already made for me to be sent to me so it can be signed can you believe that ! My life has changed dramatically I can’t do what I want on a daily anymore for my kids grandkids I can’t work I’m still suffering I thought you guys are suppose to fight for your clients.? Like what am I suppose to do now. The amount I receive Isn’t a it’s not a fair amount. I wish I would have never signed a contracted with you guys and went with my first choice! Never again will I choice you guys and will never recommend anyone to your firm !

Horrible customer service! Info sent to opposing insurance company was very incorrect - they didn't listen to facts of case. SO DISAPPOINTED took a year for nothing. Zero communication ! Very unprofessional. I worked for lawyers in Madison for 20 yrs & have never seen this level of incompetence from a well known firm.

Although they couldn't help my friend in Indiana the steered me the correct way I appreciate their time

I called back in August 2023 and again in September 2023 about the autism lawsuit, they took my information both times as the first one wasn't on file, then sent me to a voicemail to leave a message to see about the lawsuit still taking cases and now it's November and no has yet to reach out to me. I called back and they sent me to another person's voicemail to leave a message. Sadly I don't know if i should go with another law firm if this is how they run their business, and if they are still taking cases for this lawsuit. highly disappointed in the communication skills

As a motorcyclist I hope that I never would require the services of a personal injury attorney as I like to keep my bike vertical and under control. That said, Hupy and Abraham’s commitment to raising awareness of motorcycle safety among the driving public and their advocacy on behalf of injured bikers is encouraging. I have also gotten the distinct impression that Hupy and Abraham values their staff and treats them well.

Hupy and Abraham has always been a big part of the community with all the charity work they are involved in. I appreciate this.
