My son was bit by a dog and the owner said she'd pay. When it came time she just came up with excuses. I contacted 2 lawyers in our area and no one wanted to help, thay said it wasn't bad enough or there were no visual scars so it wasn't worth it. We saw the commercial for Huby Abrahamand called. They got back with us right away, answered questions and sent a rep to our home! With in months we got everything resolved and we had a settlement! I had already waited over a year with another lawyer with no contact. We were and still are VERY happy and pleased with how helpful and fast Hupy Abraham helped us and got a settlement! I hired Michael Hupy 1989. Went to court for a jury trial in 1992. I observed Michael throughout the trial methodically and politely take apart witnesses, deputies, and the DA all the while never losing the jury's attention or mine. I have never observed anyone in court be so professional, courteous and calm while pretty much shredding the opposing side case without them knowing it until it was too late. The final outcome was dismissal with prejudice.

I have worked with Mike on a number of matters and he does an excellent job. Mike is well informed and knows the law and the legal processes necessary to assist his clients.
