Aneeq did an awesome job with my son's case and he was not charged with a crime he had no involvement with. Aneeq was always consistent and honest. He followed through on everything he said he would. We appreciate all his hard work. Thanks again

Richard Rice is a winner. Mr. Rice represented me in a labor issue. As a state employee, it is daunting to take on the Department of Administration. Our case went all the way to the WERC (WI Employee Relations Commission). We won our case and the state had to pay my legal fees and my discipline was reversed and removed from my personnel file. Very quick to reply to my queries, and he listened to what I had to say. I don't care much for attorneys in general, but Richard is a winner. Hire this guy.

We'll try this again since my first one was taken down. Go figure the office doesn't want people to know how crappy their attorneys are.
Don't waste you time with Richard Ross from this law firm. He's rude, condescending, and just all around lazy. Contacting after needing to follow up on an investigation done by the US Dept of Labor on a former employer. Mr. Ross's information was completely inaccurate. He tried telling me that there was no way an investigation could have been done by the US Dept of Labor with out a written complaint, which is completely wrong. After talking to the Head of the Wage and Hours Division today, it is actually standard practice for them to take phone claims and complaints which lead to investigations.
Not only does he completely lack knowledge of the area of the lawyer he practices in. He then tried telling me that it would be my responsibility to obtain documentation from the US Dept of Labor in which then don't have because a written complaint wasn't done, which he was informed of.
If you're looking for an attorney who takes action, don't make the mistake of asking for representation from this man. He will expect you to do all the leg work, and then still expect to get paid, your typical do nothing and expect to be paid the big bucks attorney. Anyone one who has had to deal with attorneys in the past knows what I'm talking about.
Since then I have found representation at the Cross Law Firm, and in less than 24 hours time frame, the records and documentation that was needed from the US Dept of Labor to follow up on this issue, are already on their way. How efficiently things work when working with a good attorney. Please, you have been warned, don't waste your time with this low class attorney. After seeing my complaint taken down by the organization, I would say not to even mess with the firm. I know I sure don't want to be represented by a firm that finds this type of behavior to be appropriate.
On a side note, I've talked with 6 different firms pertaining to this issue, and this firm was the only one that was readily available to take my call. Many may find this to be a good thing, but what it truly tells you is that they're not busy representing clients, and with what I've seen from the firm, I can tell why. Best of luck everyone.

Mr. Rice returned my call. I knew in the first 50 seconds that he was not trying to hear me. He was very rude to me. It wasn’t until I caught a serious attitude with him (which I didn’t want to) That he began to take me seriously. He finally was quiet long enough to hear me out. The ONLY reason I didn’t hang up on him was because I needed some of information. By the end of the call he offered to send me an email about some things, which reflects in my 2 star review. Perhaps being a bit more kind and slightly more sympathetic could take you further than you think.
Edit:
I did receive said email from Richard Rice, however didn't feel the need to respond to it. I'm certain the only reason I was a thought was due to the negative review. I just hope in the future you truly do provide the best assistance to your future clients.

There are elite attorneys and elite people. Peter Fox is both. If you are in need of guidance or representation, and you value thoughtful, direct and concise evaluation, talk to an attorney at Fox & Fox. They are passionate about the law and the clients that they represent. I will be forever grateful for the amity, respect and compassionate intervention provided when feeling vulnerable and overwhelmed by legal complexities.

Attorney Peter Fox took my employment whistleblower case where I was the victim of retaliation - to say the odds were stacked against me would be an understatement. I faced a team of lawyers with an unlimited budget and I was all alone. Peter looked beyond the difficult circumstances of my case because he saw a victim of injustice and he would not let that stand. He fought for me and my family and he won the case. It was a very emotional time and I can honestly say we made it through because of Peter Fox. He not only represented me but he saw me through this storm with compassion and encouragement. He gave me hope when I thought all hope was lost, often calling me on the phone just to ask how I was doing. Peter cared about me as a person not just a client - words cannot truly express how much that meant to me. He carried me through one of the most trying times of my life - and the thing is... he didn't have to. He could have easily passed on my case and a lesser attorney would have. But this is the thing about Peter Fox - he believes in doing the right thing no matter what the outcome. He believes in justice and he believed in me - I don't think I can ever thank him enough for that. I cannot express how much that meant to me, how much it helped me to stand up. There are times when special people touch your life and through who they are - you become a better person. My experience with Peter Fox is an example of one of those times. I highly recommend Peter Fox and Fox & Fox, S.C.

Over the past 30 years, in a prior professional capacity, I had the opportunity to work with literally hundreds of attorney’s. Now that I am retired and reside in S.E. Wisconsin I found myself requiring the services of an attorney well versed in employment law. I contacted over a dozen firms in the Milwaukee/Madison/S.E. Wisconsin area and was fortunate to have found Peter Fox.
From the time I first spoke to Peter until the conclusion of my case, which included going to the United States Court of Appeals for the 7th District, I can honestly say I couldn’t have asked for better representation. His expert knowledge of this complicated aspect of the law as well as his integrity, tenacity and ability to present my case to a jury were exactly what I was looking for. While many attorney’s I’ve dealt with in the past are unwilling or hesitant to proceed to a jury trial, not Peter; when he realized that was the best option for my situation, we discussed the pro’s and con’s in detail so I could make the best informed decision on how best to proceed.
During the long/protracted period it took my case to work through the court system Peter was always willing, day or night as well as weekends, to quickly respond to any questions I had. If he wasn’t sure of the answer his detailed research of the law, coupled with the outstanding team effort with the entire Fox & Fox staff, resulted in an easy to understand reply. In the courtroom Peter was most impressive tailoring his approach to best allow the jury to understand the complexities of the case. Most important to me was the fact his integrity was always above reproach.
In summary, if you are in need of an attorney who is a subject matter expert, goes above and beyond to ensure the welfare of his client, communicates effectively and efficiently, and maintains the highest standards of integrity, then contact Peter Fox. I have referred several associates to him and all have told me they couldn’t have been more impressed. It’s no wonder he has been recognized by his peers as a recipient of the prestigious “Leader’s in the Law,” and is a Fellow of the Wisconsin Law Foundation and a Super Lawyer.”

Things went bad at work, I'm middle aged and close to retirement, Act 10 sent the union packing and I was without the representation I relied on for most of my working life. When your employer has deep pockets and management wants to replace fair play with arbitrary rules, you feel as if you're back on the playground, nose to nose, with the school yard bully. Suffice it to say, that when my back was to the wall, everyone--and I mean everyone--said you can't fight city hall, just take it and bide your time, I decided to seek at least one consultation with an employment attorney and a trusted friend suggested Peter Fox. My case wasn't a simple one and as I told Mr Fox the story I expected him to pass on it and to suggest I just take a beating, but I will always remember what he said: "I'll win this for you." And he did as promised. It took 664 days because my employer thought we would go away and that's the game they play, but Peter Fox hung in there with me, a workingman who wants to retire with dignity--and I will--and for that I'm grateful beyond measure . . .
