Beth was able to make this process flawless for us. We were struggling with job losses and salary cuts at a time that was less than ideal. We are well educated finding it hard to pay our unexpected medical bills and looming students loans. Beth was able to make us feel not ashamed of our situation and work through it with us. No words could ever express her level of understanding and compassion. She took the time to answer every question we had, even if it was on the weekends. Beth also made sure to take the time to meet with us in person and understand every concern we had even when it must have seemed like we were talking in circles. Never did she make us feel inadequate and was patient every step of the way. Finding her for help was a blessing. Her level of expertise and trust is immeasurable. We are truly grateful for her.

To start, I'm not one to stress a lot about issues evolving in my world. But when my financial issues caught up with me it was unbearable. I never felt so down and out. I didn't know what to do or where to go. I contacted numerous lawyers and didn't get the sense that they didn't care about my well being, but only taking the case. I felt very untrustworthy. I felt Beth was very professional and yet very empathetic about my situation. The sensitivity of the situation was really embarrassing until she treated me as if I was an equal and this was going to pass and everything will be alright.
