I had an accident in 2016. Matt Garman and Angela took care of me. Matt is a very through lawyer and wanted to make sure I understood everything that was going on! Nick Herman and Shellie Sprangers were the B.E.S.T.!!!!! From Nick meeting me and my mom at the hospital after her accident, to "catching up" with Shellie throughout the process, they were the nicest and best people to work with. My mom's case was turned down by another firm and Nick was willing to take a chance and accepted the case. Both he and Shellie touched base with me frequently and kept us in the loop of everything that was happening. The head guy wants things to be GREAT. But he can not account for staff. The HEAD guy is obviously GREAT. But his staff is lacking the owners level of excellence. Expect things to be done slowly and not clearly.
