Everyone from the beginning of the phone call were incredibly rude. By the time I got around to talking to an attorney he was incredibly rude himself like he was too good to give his time to me. I am okay with paying for a consultation but come on at least make me want to schedule one.
I recommend finding a firm that cares from the beginning to the end. This is not that firm.

I called Meyer Van Severen in regards to an issue that happened the previous weekend and was transferred to Brian Nelson for an initial consultation. Brian was professional, direct and understanding. More so, he immediately worked to resolve the issue and was more than fair in regards to fees. I couldn't have asked for a better conclusion.
