I have to admire Lawyer Erich , he and his team help my case since first calling that i have called him, i got a nice grateful response and my paper work was so messy. He fixed and gave a perfectly advises with fully immigrated experiences. every time i had questions he always responds ( no more than 24 hrs). i will hire him for my next steps about immigration

Straub Immigration has represented me for many years, and I recently got my green card. Everything was well prepared, and they made a complicated process seem easy. The best part was finally visiting my family in Mexico after 30 years. It was so exciting to see the place where I was born. I’m sooo thankful for for Eric and his staff!

Erich was a great lawyer from the start. He made sure we had all of our documents accounted for and kept them organized for when we needed them. Whenever there were difficulties in our process, he and his staff would call USCIS and help solve our problems. I would highly recommend him for anyone that is looking for an immigration lawyer.

This has been the best attorney I have worked with by far. I had a bad experience with a previous attorney and Attorney Straub brought back my faith in great attorneys. I was having difficulties finding an attorney to help me with my case of bringing my husband over from South Korea. Attorney Straub enabled me not only with the K-1 visa and the green card process, but he was able to relieve my stress of it all. Going through this process is not easy and finding someone who would help me with my case was just amazing. If you need an attorney, he is the lawyer to call. He has dealt with all cases and is willing to try out ones he has done before such as a case of someone coming from South Korea. Now, my husband and I can live an everyday life together and will call out the services of Attorney Straub when it's time for my husband's green card renewal.

Erich is amazing! I would highly highly recommend him! This process can feel overwhelming and confusing at times. There is so much to think about and to know and that is why we hired Erich. I want to say Thank you to Mr. Straub because he has shown a side that is more human than other people that we have dealt with. He demonstrated that he has a human side by listening to our history and trying to understand how we felt as we went through the process. The other people that we dealt with were facts only people. They did not care about our feelings when we spoke to them. I have learned form this experience that some professionals can be very intolerant of a person’s feelings. I cannot recommend him enough!! I played basketball for my national team and a Division I college. Planning and preparation are extremely important to me. Attorney Straub had a system in place that made me feel comfortable immediately, and because of that, the filling process was very easy and smooth. He promptly answered all of my questions. My wife and I felt very prepared going into the interview. I had DACA since the start of the program, so I was no stranger to the immigration system. The stakes were much higher with my green card, so I wanted an experienced attorney. Mr. Straub did a fantastic job of preparing my husband and me for the interview. I would have been a complete mess without him. He truly does know how to ease any anxiety prior to an interview and guide us through every possible outcome. I have not seen my dad in nearly four years, and I am so excited to board the flight to visit him finally.

Attorney Erich Straub is our superhero. Family stays together; the competency, effectiveness, and sincere care of Attorney Straub allowed my wife, daughter, and I to stay together and be a family. I am a harsh critic when I choose to trust a professional. I expect blunt, un-sugarcoated honesty (if there is a "fire", I want to know directly that there is a "fire"). I appreciated this because if there was a problem, we could immediately figure out a way to resolve it (versus sweep it under the rug). From day one to completion (nearly a year of events in our case), Attorney Straub worked and communicated with us directly (no secretaries, no assistants, and no avoidance). He felt our time was as important as his, so he gave his personal attention. Applying for a green card was one of the most stressful, high-stakes event in our lives; yet, somehow we were able to carry on our daily lives, sleep normally, and breathe because we knew once we did our part, Attorney Straub handled the rest with assurance.
