I try to refrain from bad reviews but this is ridiculous. I spoke to Frank Crivello about an assault case where I am the victim. He basically said there is no money in these cases since people don’t have “insurance policies” for assault. He did say he wanted to assist though and said he would call the next day. Nada…I called and emailed several times and got nothing. Eventually he called back and said he would call that week and was on board. Well he ghosted me again!. It’s been over a month now of repeated emails, just asking wether he’s in or out of this case, and still nothing. I wish I inquired with others instead of waiting patiently and getting the run around. As they say “it truly is about the money” …..they money this office makes. Don’t waste your time if you’re a victim of assault!!

I would recommend this firm. Victor C. Harding was my attorney during my civil injury case. The Paralegal, Stephanie, kept me informed throughout the process and was always available for any questions I may have had. During the case, I was diagnosed with cancer. Then we moved to Florida. It was not an issue and I could attend hearings remotely, via Zoom. I was pleased at the outcome of my case. They do not mess around.

I want to thank Attorney Ryan Ogren and his staff for working with me and obtaining a very good settlement. I was informed as to the procedures and dates of hearings, etc., were coordinated to mutually agreed upon dates. I appreciated being kept informed and opinions and resolution by Attorney Ogren.
