They never fail me , went from a 6 point speeding ticket to a 0 parking ticket , and I wasn't speeding but you can never win the police , Mike makes the process super easy and quick. I recommend him over anyone 100% and he has prices you can't beat

Bayer was my first and hopefully only laywer. I wont do the stupid things I did when I was 18 ever since I got reckless driving, speeding, and a seatbelt ticketing going 105 in a 70 in Milwaukee county. Now I was a probationary licenser and still am but so I got 18 points from all 3 tickets(reckless driving, speeding, and seatbelt violation). So my license would’ve got suspended. Bayer didn’t let that happen however and gave me a deal that would save my license. He dropped both speeding and seatbelt violation and they only kept the reckless driving. On top of that the price for the ticket was only 250. I thought it was 1k when I checked the case online but I’m very happy I don’t need to pay 1k but instead 250. This was a 8 month long case and I’m very happy I chose bayer to be my lawyer. He’s a great guy and I got along with him. We even laughed during court at one point. Overall 100/10 very happy to work with him and I will be back if I get a ticket

First of all, I thought the deputy had it out for me until my wife called and he let her drive the truck away instead of towing it. He was just doing his job, but I didn’t feel drunk. I needed help. I researched local attorneys in the Milwaukee area and after a day and a night of eye boggling strolling, John T. Bayer was the obvious choice. At the consultation if I would closed my eyes I would have thought I was talking to friend of twenty years. I thought I had a case and reassured my thoughts with a defense that made all of the sense in the world. I concurred let’s do this. Wait, I’m broke though. No problem, pay this amount now and the balance every few weeks with final payment due on this date and later if need be we will pay the PHD expert for his findings and possibly taking the stand. We were ready from the beginning and then Covid hit. A lot of delays, rescheduled trial dates but John remained diligent and confident but at the same time made no promises. I felt good because he felt good. John would always say just tell your truth. While in trial posture and taking everything into consideration, John picked a great jury panel. I finally saw John in action. It didn’t feel like court. It felt like we were at his house entertaining guests waiting on the dinner bell to ring. John’s professionalism is so natural there is no beginning or an end just results. Case dismissed. Thanks again, John.

Mr.Bayer is the lawyer you want on your side. I got pulled over for speeding ticket. I was fortunate enough to find him. His customer service is outstanding. He understood my situation and he was able to help me out 110%. His prices are great. John was great to work with and he's got supporting staff who make the process easy. I found myself in a bad spot facing my first 2 OWI's within 3 weeks of one another. As easy as it would have been to be a jerk about it, John went straight into analysis mode and was already strategizing pieces of the puzzle I didn't know to worry about. John wrote an excellent brief to the court outlining case law that was applicable to my case and thoroughly reviewed multiple body cams to ultimately get one case completely dismissed. His advice on the other case was exactly what I'd expect and led to a very smooth plea. John's work kept me out of jail. My case started in the spring of 2021 and I have to admit there were plenty of times that I just wanted to throw the towel in and admit guilt although everything was done incorrectly. John never allowed me to give up hope, with his expertise and years of dealing with cases he told me his honest opinion about the situation. He was able to find various issues with the way procedures were conducted. My case started with the cops trying to pull me over in an area that didn't have a shoulder or emergency lane, I put my hazard lights meanwhile I found a safe area to pull over. Once I pulled over I stayed in my car trying to find my registration and pulling up my insurance card and I was yelled to get out of my vehicle. I came out with my arms raised and almost immediately the police officers wouldn't let me explain why I didn't pull over. I explained I had didn't feel safe, that I didn't speed, that I put my hazards and when I pulled into the business I put took them off and put my right directional light on to inform them every step what I was doing. No explanation was enough and after passing 2 of the field sobriety test and missing 2 clues on the 3rd I was arrested. My whole life and career was on the line and after researching lawyers and talking to a couple none of them came close to giving me time to explain my situation without wanting money right away. John understood my circumstance and was patient with me, he's not just a lawyer wanting another case to gain experience or personal benefit. He is a man that cares about his clients and will always be honest, even if the truth is not what you want to hear. Meanwhile my case went to court John advised me of various actions to ensure the case wouldn't continue to be pushed to the right as well as motions that helped build my defense. The day came to start the trial and I was blow away by the attention to detail John demonstrated. During the trial John showed he knew the footage and procedures better than the officers questioned as well as the prosecution. The outcome was Not Guilty on ALL counts!!! I was so shocked that I leaned over and asked him if I really heard Not Guilty and he smiled and said YES!!! Listen I have never written a review in my life, not even about amazing restaurants but it was his previous reviews and his personality that lead me to chose him. Your BEST CHOICE is to chose John, someone that wont just see you as a $$$ but as a person that needs proper expert representation. Thank you so much John!
