The best attorney I've ever had for a trial case. We won the trial and he's forever an attorney I would recommend for any situation. Scott Wales is definitely on your side.

I hired her and she was unresponsive, and unavailable. Her family member died while she was my attorney, she disappeared. She allowed my children to given to my husband and she did not say a word. My husband lied and said the were in school in another state and his lawyer lied and my attorney said nothing. She is only for the money, I fired her and she took my entire retainer after doing no work at all. The opposing party literally won placement over my children all because, my attorney allowed these JUDGES to intimidate/ railroad her which I, in the end lost tons of money for and 100% of time from my kids. She does not come prepared and at all to help you win your case, she comes to collect a check. The fact that she is a black attorney and you think that she is going to fight for you is a fallacy.

She did a horrible job. To the point i cant even file against my ex for another two years. I paid her $2500 and came with all the evidence because i KNEW i would win. Evidence his parents always had the kids, evidence his wasnt following current orders, evidence of non communication, so much evidence. We ended up with a guardian et litum. She pretty much lied for my ex and acted as his attorney because i had one saying everything i said was false but i had proof. I gave the proof to Earlean with sticky notes, arrows, important things underlined. She said NOTHING. NOTHING AT ALL. It was like she hadnt even read anything i had given her. I should have won. She said nothing, i lost, i wasted my money and was actually told i owed her another $1000. She also had me going to court for custody and child support when she knew i was trying to move. Not telling me i really needed a motion to relocate. So her negligence has it looking on paper like a bitter ex taking my ex to court for no reason when it actually should have been a different motion and i should have won. Ive also realized over the years she has really only helped MEN win custody battles. A friend told me he paid her 17k in total but he did win. This is my family member. I wouldn’t recommend her to anyone due to her lack of trying. Her lack of anything really. Some people can’t afford this. Lots of overtime was worked just to pay the retainer.
