I am happy I hired this law firm to take care of my speeding ticket in Eau Claire, they got it reduced to a non-moving violation. They were very professional, both Mike and John were easy to communicate with during the process. They did a great job overall, I highly recommended them.

I hired this "firm" to reduce a 10mph ticket to a non-moving violation, which they did not do. I spent about 40 minutes on the phone with his brother Mike, 3 separate occasions, who never let me speak to John. He said he and his brother ran the firm together. He mislead me that he was a lawyer by trying to answer technical/legal questions and by omission. I only found out after asking the direct question "Are you a lawyer?" after a few callbacks of feeling uneasy with talking to Mike. To which he said no, he handles intakes. I would have and should have gone to court myself. I am not sure if they even showed up to my court date, and did nothing more than I could have by reducing my ticket to 5mph over, no point reduction, and incurred more court fees to increase the fine somehow. I felt nothing more than a quick buck, which is why I called back 3 times hoping to put my worries at ease. Because they had me pay up front, I decided not to hassle with getting a refund and changing lawyers, but I should have and regret that now. They never even called to update me at any point in the case.

This law firm is absolutely amazing with only a 2 week notice they stepped in at my request and handled my daughter's ticket and had reduced to defective speedometer very professional good rates would highly recommend these people thank you very much!

I wouldn't choose anyone else from this point forward... They were able to get my ticket reduced to a 0 point prohibited parking violation... Hopefully I won't have to go through this no more, but you can never say never, but if the possibility arose again, I'm definitely contacting Bayer Law Offices first....

I have never written a review before, as an indicator of how amazing my experience was with this firm. I am from Illinois, and had a specialty circumstance for myself and a speeding ticket I received. Basically if this speeding ticket went through I would lose my license for a period (what a dumb choice to speed by me, I agree. Never again.) I called 6 lawyers in the area to explain and hope for a miracle to reduce to a non-moving violation, i expected i would be facing the music for a poor decision. 4 lawyers said absolutely not, 1 said it is not impossible, but extremely unlikely. In this time I spoke to Mike Bayer at this office, he was much more optimistic to say the least. He was concise, listened to my full situation, and outlined what the firm's process and plan would be. He left no stone unturned and answered all of my questions. He was confident to a point where I felt it may too good to be true, it was not. I can't really put a price on peace of mind, but he did a fantastic job easing a very stressful situation in a 15 minute phone call lol. Additionally, in outlining the plan, there was a flat fee for the ticket, and he outlined an additional fee if it was worse-case scenario and Mr. Bayer had to reappear for me. I was fine with all of this and would pay much more than there fee. Anyways, they only took the flat fee first, and were able to amend my ticket to my best case scenario! It would have been easy to push my case for another hearing and charge me, and I would have obliged gladly, but they held the integrity that all businesses should. I pray to never get a ticket of any type again and will act accordingly, so hopefully will never have to use their services again, but I would recommend them to anyone and everyone who found themself in a similar situation.
