I was injured almost 4yrs ago and had called a few firms about my issue. Josh Turim was the only one who came to my location to discuss it with me. After talking with him I knew he was the one I wanted to handle my case. Josh agreed to take me on. He gave me all the information and made sure I understood all the processes involved. Josh and his team always kept me informed and always,always had time for me. I am forever thankful to them and would recommend them to anyone in need of legal help. Hickey and Turim they are the team for you!

Had Patrick Kern as my representative, after sending me to several specialist, and racking up medical bills knowing that I his client didn't have any medical insurance. He made a choice to drop my case which resulted in the doctor that I was being treated by ended up suing me because I didn't have insurance at the time to cover the medical bills that were created that his lawyer group told me that I had t I go see to win my case that I did not even have a chance at . They were not even willing to take on my case even though it states in their add that " we don't get paid unless we win" I now have permanent injury to both my shoulders , and on going treatment through the state and I have not been able to go back to work , I also have had to file bankruptcy because of this flop of a lawyer that I had . Feel that I was forced to do things that I shouldn't have been just so he didn't have to deal with me .

I would definitely recommend this firm to anyone who has suffered a work injury. They listen, are helpful, and you are treated more than just a client.

I found Hickey and Turim by contacting a personal injury asking for references. They came highly recommended by this other firm. During my first meeting with Josh, it became very clear to me that this was the guy I wanted working for me. Josh was very compassionate and willing to help me with my situation. During the entire process, he explained everything in very easy to understand terms, and was always quick to respond whenever I had questions. In the end, he was able to get me more than what I ever thought I would receive.

In my opinion, 5 stars isn't enough for this firm!! I was very apprehensive about contacting a lawyer for my workmen's comp. claim. I've never had any good experience in the lawyer department. But thanks to Joshua Turim, I have new found gratitude! To say he went above and beyond for me is an understatement. Anytime I contacted him, he answered me lightning fast.
