Shane treated me with the up most respect when I was at my worst. I would recommend him to anyone needing to file bankruptcy

3years ago I was depressed stressed my wife had passed away and I was falling behind on everything. Thank God i decided to file bankruptcy and I had talked to few lawyers, but I was not satisfied with what they were telling me and I was just feeling like they were just not being honest with me. The last lawyer I talked to was Shane Cigel and believe me if I would have called Shane first, I would have saved my self a lot of time and worries. I HIGHLY WOULDN’T RECOMMEND!! MS.SHANE CIGEL, she was fired after 1year due to not responding to phone calls or returning them back. When I needed her to re-modify my bankruptcy, because she had me paying to much in payments.So I was forced to found a real attorney to finish the job..

I was going thru a bad ordeal with filing State Consilidation chapter 128 with another firm then I found Dantzman, Shane knows the Bankruptcy laws and he will take time to evaluate your income to debt ratio to let you know if its a good deal for you, he also helped me keep my home regardless of filing and now this still shows up positive on my credit report ...Overall knowledge, and professional he knows his niche, and if it happens to not be your best road to travel he'll let you know..
