Excellent experience, would recommend PKSD to anyone who needs a lawyer. Keep up the great work!!

PKSD was excellent in every aspect from the beginning to the end! I was always kept in the loop and updated whether it was Luke the lawyer or Naomi, the paralegal. If I had any questions they were answered in a reasonable time. I truly believe they did all the could do to resolve my case and get the money I deserved! I would hands down recommend PKSD to anyone!

Not impressed, take your business somewhere else, Ms Johnson was rude, they did not return or contact me unless I initiated contact, I felt that Mr Kalkoff did not press the insurance company to get a larger settlement , he did tell me three times that this was the final offer and he and pksd firm thought it was fair and I may not get anymore, I asked that he contact them again , and he did , insurance co increased the settlement offer it took over a year to settle, ultimately I did settle for less than I thought was fair, I would not recommend this firm, I sent a review to pksd, waited for them to contact me to explain or reassure me , again no response so here it is, I would not recommend them to anyone, find another law firm

Very helpful. Didn't have a case but the information shared to me was very helpful to move forward with a Nursing home neglect.

I felt very comfortable at the PKSD office. Rebecca was always very clear of what I should expect and very nice to work with. I'm thankful that I contacted PKSD with the details of my accident and that Richard Kalkhoff responded that PKSD would take my case. If it wasn't for PKSD, I would not have gotten much of a settlement. I am very thankful.

My mother's case was turned down by one Attorney. I went to Mr. Pittman and he ended up getting a substantial settlement for my mother which is in a memory care center. It took a while but that is normal for a busy attorney. At times there was frustration with the office staff.

Very helpful with taking care of insurance issues for my parents.
