PKSD(Rebecca Domonitz), was the only lawyer that was willing to take my case. She really had to work hard to take on a major oil company and make them take responsibility for my injury. I broke my leg using the vacuum stand at the gas station. The vacuum was placed on uneven ground surrounded by loose decorative rocks. Rebecca got them to admit the unsafe placement caused my injury and got me a surprisingly super settlement!! She spoke with the VA hospital financial lawyer and got them to accept a fraction of what I owed, so I could keep more of my settlement. As a result of everything Rebecca did on my behalf, she brought attention to the unsafe conditions at this service station resulting in the company correcting the unsafe area, ensuring no one else could be injured as I was. I needed help with my husband's lack of care in a Milwaukee area suburban rehab facility. His care was horrible. After 5 weeks at Froedtert Hospital, he was transferred to this rehab facility with no indication of bedsores. After two weeks in this facility, he had gotten a bedsore big enough to put a grapefruit in. Due to lack of care, he became septic, developed covid-19 and contracted additional health issues that eventually became factors in his death. PKSD is a "5 Star" legal practice in all respects.
