The people that talk to you online in live chat are pleasant but then you don't hear back from them at all it would be nice to know if I had a case or not but I guess not since I didn't hear anything back how rude and very unprofessional. I will never contact them again about anything.

The guys are in it for the money. They could care less about their clients.

The jury complimented PKSD for their excellent presentation skills and court room demeanor. They blew the defendants lawyer away. No contest. Would I recommend PKSD? Yes. Without a doubt. You won't regret it.

They have great lawyers to help you

PKSD took on the case of our mother's death following a single car accident involving our parents. They were able to extract the maximun amount under the insurance policy from the insurance company for said incident. It was a pleasure dealing with them from beginning to end. They have a great crew.

They were prompt in getting back to me, but wouldn't help because there was no Physical Abuse visible.

The PKSD team/specifically Patrick O’Neill did a great job listening, understanding & then working diligently to address all matters & obstacles that arose. We’re ecstatic that he was representing our family!!!
