Very friendly, knowledgeable and reassuring

Joe was very knowledgeable, up front, honest, and knew what would be best for my situation. They are working on a payment plan with me, and that is huge because otherwise I would need about a month or more before I could have all the money up front. Great place.

Hayden was a through and concise attorney who patiently went over all my questions as a person unfamiliar with the bankruptcy process. Joe Coll was also patient when I met with him, and Matt the office manager. Great staff, and great help with my bankruptcy.

From time I filled out an inquiry from their website. Very easy and straight forward for a young person like me to understand. I get a call from Tim right away. Tim had explained the appointment process which then got transferred to Joe Coll who was my initial contact up until filing for Chapter 13. Joe explained everything step by step and was fully aware of my debt information on the first call. He had done extremely good job answer my questions VIA text at any time. Lastly, upon filling chapter 13 Miller and Miller first part of the duty was to get my vehicle back and We sure did get it back. It was the right decision and the right timing for my case.
