I am so grateful that I used Miller and Miller to file my Chapter 7 Bankruptcy. It's challenging to ask for help and sometimes there's shame involved when dealing with financial hardship. The staff at Miller and Miller treated me with respect and dignity. I was guided through evey step of the process. It was not nearly as painful as one might imagine a Bankruptcy to be. I feel like a very heavy weight has been lifted off of me and I'm now able to feel hope about my financial future. Now that my bankruptcy is finalized, I will start the courses to begin my journey in credit building. I highly recommend Miller and Miller to anyone who needs a assistance getting your finances on track. There are more options than Bankruptcy as well. I can't even think of where to start. Our case has been in the hands of 4 different lawyers in the past year! Mr. Miller is very rude and now we are in dire straights without any help. We have no option but to keep our case with the firm as we don't have resources to get another attorney. Edit: 5/17/2020. Had our case with Miller and Miller for several years. Got tired of being switched from one lawyer to another. Seemed like every year, new lawyer and trying to get a hold of “your lawyer” was an absolute nightmare! Finally had enough after receiving a letter in the mail that a judgment had been filed to dismiss our case in December 2019. Found someone else to handle our case and guess what?? We are free from our debt! If you like stress and spending money, then go with Miller and Miller, if you prefer a stress free filing and a friendly and knowledgeable staff, then go somewhere else because you won’t find it here. I dub Miller and Miller “The Rich Man’s Law Firm”

I just started with miller and miller and I can say so far they have been great . I’ve had a lot of questions and since it’s my 1st time filing not sure what to expect. But every time I call or need something or have a question they’re here to help me through it and explain it to me. Very nice people . I’ll update when I’m done with me case :) UPDATE.. I finally finished filing and i want to say thank you to Joe c Coll and paityn.. He helped me with everything under the sun . Always responded to my emails even if it was at midnight .( just saying ) :) If i didn’t understand something he explained it to me in a way that i would . I always felt more than just a client when dealing with them. Thank you to everyone at Miller and Miller for everything and all that you do..
