Great initial service!

I was sued by my private loan servicer for defaulting. I contacted Miller & Miller after I was served thinking bankruptcy would be able assist me. I had no other debts, decent credit score and they were at the ready to take my fee to start the process. Luckily I was able to get that retainer fee back after I learned on my own that *student loans cannot be discharged*. What on earth were they going assist me with? Ruin my credit for 7 years with absolutely no benefit to me? Awful law firm attempting to take advantage of someone who was looking for answers. Hungry for money without actually listening to the potential client to ensure your services would provide any relief. Disgusting.

Very knowledgeable and highly helpful. Explained all options for my situation. And answered all my questions. I would highly recommend them.

The team seem very concern with situations. Now i may say i am still waiting to file. i never experience a bankruptcy like this. This will be my 3rd time in my life and 1st time with this company. The people I owe have gotten paid thru garnishment. You got have this paper and that paper. I have paid for a extra class I shouldn't have taken. They do not to tell you that other websites can reach out to take their classes. So i end up paid extra for a class for nothing and they say oh you need get ur money back. Now they waiting on a paper i can't seem to get. Now I am at this point i don't want to file cause of garnishments hasn't stop, the people have gotten paid. So if you pick them please know garnishment is stop till the Lawyer goes to court. All my other bankruptcy taken to file over in 3 month span and I didn't go thru so much of turning in this paper and that paper. They only use certain credit breau. I've been waiting since May of 2020. So they still got me waiting. You mainly have to have all your paper work together cause they not help getting any together for you. You have to do it yourself and turn it in yourself. Believe me it not simple with this firm at this point I don't want to file. I wish I could had picked another firm. This would have been done by now filing.

Im really happy I chosed to go with Miller and Miller. They know how to make you feel at home and welcomed.It felt like u was visiting family to handle my legal matters.Very polite and professional. They also check on you while you read over all those forms.

They don’t even deserve a star! They expect you to pay there over priced fees and your doing all of the work! Worst experience EVER! I would NOT recommend, they loose paper work ! Their services do not match up yo what you have to pay !

Miller and Miller have done What Is necessary to resolve the situation. Fair and straight forward.
