Very professional and kind. Had no problem answering any questions I had.

I just started service with this company and so far I’m not happy I have been given incorrect instructions and information they are not consistent I been waiting a week for Shasta to reach out to me just to answer my questions. The manager and lawyer I spoke with were being beyond rude and disrespectful every time I ask to speak with someone there’s an excuse Nicole was rude they don’t know how to communicate they act like your money is no good but they won’t give it back and they don’t honor their mistakes I have asked for a new group to handle my case I’m supposed to hear something but I won’t be shocked if I don’t. I have nothing positive to report just be careful hiring this company they pick and choose how helpful they will be to you after talking highly about services you don’t receive.

I encourage you to find a another law office to handle your bankruptcy.

I called Miller and Miller law firm and no one called me back. I have been waiging ywo months now. Today I decided to call to see what happened and I still did not get a chance to speak with anyone. I will call another Law Firm. Thank you for no support.
