Easy and reliable process.

Just like a typical Law firm!! They are all about fees and they are not cheap!! I filed chapter 13 and pull out after just a few months and THEIR FEE WAS $4000 FOR FILING AND DOING SOME WORK , but this was suppose be for 5 years of service. I asked for just a portion of my fee to be return and they stumbled round for awhile to just tell me basically too bad and they will not return any money back to me. They are the first to get paid out of you payment plan before any money goes to your creditors, so if you use them be prepared for this to happen to you!! Once they have your fee they are not good at returning phone calls at all!! When they have your money the service is very poor! Be aware!!

My husband was in a car accident in 2019. He needed to have neck surgery and was off work for 18 months. He was self employed at the time of the accident. Fast, friendly, very knowledgeable

He saved me easily 1000, bucks with a phone call. He gave me other Attorney's wouldn't share the information so I would just pay them to go bakrupt. No that can be a final option and if I do Tim will be my lawyer.
