I Felt comfortable from the initial meeting from everyone that assisted me in my wrongful death suit for my dad. I will never use these people again. Out of 20,000.00 l ended up with only 7000.00 the rest was split up by the lawyer and what i feel was a shister DR.

My family and I retained Jeff Pitman via PKSD to pursue legal action for negligence of our mother while is an assisted living facility. We had a family member in a rehab area of a nursing home upon release from a hospital. The care he received in the Nursing Home resulted in additional medical problems from skin break down that was not treated correctly and resulted in his legs being amputated. We asked PDSK to represent us. They treated our family with respect and represented our loved one in a very Professional manner. I would recommend them to everyone.
