I needed help with my husband's lack of care in a Milwaukee area suburban rehab facility. His care was horrible. After 5 weeks at Froedtert Hospital, he was transferred to this rehab facility with no indication of bedsores. After two weeks in this facility, he had gotten a bedsore big enough to put a grapefruit in. Due to lack of care, he became septic, developed covid-19 and contracted additional health issues that eventually became factors in his death. I contacted the law firm of PKSD and was treated as if I was their most important client. They kept me continually informed of the status of my case. They were compassionate, professional, approachable and made me feel confident I had hired the best legal team in the business. We settled out of court for more than I ever expected and in only 19 months from my first call to PKSD. My attorney was Katherine Metzger and she was the best!!! I acquired a good relationship with her as my legal counsel and felt she did an outstanding job representing me and my late husband. I asked Kate if Attorney Pittman was available for me to meet. She went to ask him if he had time to meet a client and he dropped everything and came out to the lobby and shook my hand. He spent about 15 minutes asking me how I was doing and asked if there was anything more he could do for me. I was very impressed he took the time to meet one of his firm's clients. That spoke volumes to me. I highly recommend PKSD for anyone who has a loved one in a nursing home or rehab facility and is not receiving the care they need and deserve. It will be the best call you can make for your loved one and your peace of mind.

My car was totalled by drunk driver 7 years ago. It was a brand new Altima and i got 5000 out of accident when she hit me at stop light. They dont get back to you and are rude lawyers. Should have called Gruber!
