Jeff helped my family when my father was severely injured at a nursing home. He compassionately communicated with my mother and patiently explained the legal process. Luke Mayefske engaged with both of us, my now seventeen year old son who was injured during our accident had a chance to ask Luke questions about being a lawyer ( my son wants to be a lawyer) and how a person goes about rotating to choose which forum of law to choose. I have had the pleasure of working with Jeff Pitman over the past 2 years after my mother's untimely death due to the negligence of staff and owners of an Alzheimer's residential house. I spent the last 5 years with this law firm in a wrongful death lawsuit and was treated very attentively. My sister suffered a horrific death in a group home where after an in-depth investigation by Mr. Pitman and the incredible support staff at PKSD, the facts became crystal clear the level of negligence on the part of the group home. With that knowledge my family was given the opportunity to stand up for my sister and hold the group home accountable for her death. Mr. Pitman communicated responsively and timely (I don't believe we ever waited more than 30 minutes for return calls). We were informed via email as well. I consider Mr. Pitman's legal representation to be exceptional and without question would recommend his counsel.

Jeffrey Pitman did an excellent job with my case. Being medical Malpractice everyone I talked to before hiring Mr. Pitman told me that it would be difficult and lengthy to start a case when working with a large company; however we did win our case! He explained everything in detail and is very sympathetic. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Jeff Pitman handled a nursing home negligence case for us. He is VERY straight-forward, knowledgeable and competent. He let us know what was going on, and what to expect.
