The people that talk to you online in live chat are pleasant but then you don't hear back from them at all it would be nice to know if I had a case or not but I guess not since I didn't hear anything back how rude and very unprofessional. I will never contact them again about anything.

I Felt comfortable from the initial meeting from everyone that assisted me in my wrongful death suit for my dad.
