The people that talk to you online in live chat are pleasant but then you don't hear back from them at all it would be nice to know if I had a case or not but I guess not since I didn't hear anything back how rude and very unprofessional. I will never contact them again about anything.

I will never use these people again. Out of 20,000.00 l ended up with only 7000.00 the rest was split up by the lawyer and what i feel was a shister DR.

I recently retained PKSD law firm for an injury. Luke Mayefske was the attorney assigned to my case. He was always professional, yet thorough in explaining the process and the progress. He respectfully invited me to weigh in on decisions. He responded in a timely manner to all my calls and emails, even when he was out of the office on personal leave. Luke obtained a good settlement without having to go to court, including a substantial reduction in medical bills, which allowed me to keep a larger portion of the settlement.
