I just started with miller and miller and I can say so far they have been great . I’ve had a lot of questions and since it’s my 1st time filing not sure what to expect. But every time I call or need something or have a question they’re here to help me through it and explain it to me. Very nice people . I’ll update when I’m done with me case :) UPDATE.. I finally finished filing and i want to say thank you to Joe c Coll and paityn.. He helped me with everything under the sun . Always responded to my emails even if it was at midnight .( just saying ) :) If i didn’t understand something he explained it to me in a way that i would . I always felt more than just a client when dealing with them. Thank you to everyone at Miller and Miller for everything and all that you do.. They don't answer or return phone calls. Canceled my filing but still asking for money. The companies that they supposedly notified are showing up at my house with lawsuits. You're better off just filing for yourself, or finding a legitimate attorney. ETA that they have time to reply to a negative review, but still have not responded to any phone calls.

Great service, great at explaining processes all the way through

The team seem very concern with situations. Now i may say i am still waiting to file. i never experience a bankruptcy like this. This will be my 3rd time in my life and 1st time with this company. The people I owe have gotten paid thru garnishment. You got have this paper and that paper. I have paid for a extra class I shouldn't have taken. They do not to tell you that other websites can reach out to take their classes. So i end up paid extra for a class for nothing and they say oh you need get ur money back. Now they waiting on a paper i can't seem to get. Now I am at this point i don't want to file cause of garnishments hasn't stop, the people have gotten paid. So if you pick them please know garnishment is stop till the Lawyer goes to court. All my other bankruptcy taken to file over in 3 month span and I didn't go thru so much of turning in this paper and that paper. They only use certain credit breau. I've been waiting since May of 2020. So they still got me waiting. You mainly have to have all your paper work together cause they not help getting any together for you. You have to do it yourself and turn it in yourself. Believe me it not simple with this firm at this point I don't want to file. I wish I could had picked another firm. This would have been done by now filing.

Miller & Miller is a professional company. They make sure to answer all your questions, communicate with you often and a timely manner. The staff is nice and they work hard for you to reach your goal.

Miller&Miller was the ticket to financial freedom. Their help with my chapter 13 was wonderful. They are very busy so at times it was hard to get ahold of them but they always followed up and had an answer for me. Now that my case has been discharged I can look forward to the future.
