Wish I would of read the reviews before calling here. Like some of them say, they will ghost you. Gave $100 to get a wage garnish stopped but I didn't turn it in because I found out my position at work was getting eliminated. Called that evening to stop the $250 payment that was scheduled to be canceled and needed to cancel everything for I was out of a job in a few weeks. Well, the payment still was taken. Called and left a message 4 times in that week for a refund and it's been 2 weeks now and still no call back. Don't say you have been calling either because I check my voice mail and know the phone numbers and there's nothing. I've never felt so ripped off in my life. They say nothing gets worked on until you pay $1100 so don't say you've done all this work either to justify keeping my $350. Thanks for nothing and I regret ever calling. Never dealt with such a shady place before.

Terrible. Stole my money and gave me an attitude because I wanted a better explanation of chapter 13. Stay away.
