Darius Johnson is the ONLY reason for the five star rating. My service was less than stellar, and when I called in upset, Darius answered all of my questions and assured that I would be taken care of. I felt unheard in a lot of interactions and there was a complete lack of empathy and responsiveness. Darius went above and beyond to represent Miller and Miller in a way that was not my initial experience. Although, he stayed within his capacity—he provided a sense of ease that my attorneys and paralegals had not.
