Attorney Samuel Killian was professional, thorough, informative and available throughout the process after i was hit by a car as a pedestrian. He kept me updated at each step of the process. Stephanie, the paralegal on my case, was always very prompt with communication and helped me stay organized with all the various receipts and medical bills needed. I started off being disappointed with the firm but let me say it was because of my lack of knowledge of how things operate in the LAW WORLD. I can truly say my attorney Luke turned my fears and disappointments around. He reassured me that things would be ok. Person answering phone is very nice. But that is about it. Took all information down and said an attorney would call back, week later never received a call back, if this is how they treat their clients, I don't want to know how they represent them
