I highly recommend working with Luke at PKSD. He communicated with me throughout my whole case and was very informative and friendly. PKSD was excellent in every aspect from the beginning to the end! I was always kept in the loop and updated whether it was Luke the lawyer or Naomi, the paralegal. If I had any questions they were answered in a reasonable time. I truly believe they did all the could do to resolve my case and get the money I deserved! I would hands down recommend PKSD to anyone!

I felt very comfortable at the PKSD office. Rebecca was always very clear of what I should expect and very nice to work with. I'm thankful that I contacted PKSD with the details of my accident and that Richard Kalkhoff responded that PKSD would take my case. If it wasn't for PKSD, I would not have gotten much of a settlement. I am very thankful.

My mother's case was turned down by one Attorney. I went to Mr. Pittman and he ended up getting a substantial settlement for my mother which is in a memory care center. It took a while but that is normal for a busy attorney.
At times there was frustration with the office staff.
