This was the first time ever that I needed to use a personal injury attorney. While the insurance company strung things along for over four years, PKSD was there with me the entire way. My attorney was forthcoming, direct, and helped me manage expectations. While I hope to never need to use them again, I absolutely will reach out to them if I need help in the future. They are good quality and honest lawyers.

Richard Kalkoff and everyone else I dealt with at PKSD were just amazing and I felt like they truly cared about me and my injuries. Quick response’s, kept me up to date, patient in answering all my questions, and along every step made me feel very comfortable. I can’t recommend or thank them enough!

My experience with PKSD was good until half way threw the case, I was sent to their rehabilitation center or the place they set up for me and the process there was very sad and seemed shoddy at best. I talked to the administrator about what my injuries where and from there was given a 10-15 minute heat pad treatment once a week and one massage treatment that lasted at best 1 minute. I complained to my assigned lawyer and he did nothing and as I continued the farse at the rehab center I was offered $3,000.00 For my case I said no that wasn't good enough so the lawyer said he would see what he could do and came back with $7,000.00. Come to find out they were paying the rehab center more than I was getting for something I could have done at home for free. So out of $20,000.00 or so I got $7,000.? Yeah that was a scam I should have seen coming. Never again with PKSD. I still have neck pain but gave up in disgust.
