I cannot be more pleased with the experience I have had with this law firm. I walked in not expecting much and Rich Kalkhoff exceeded my expectations beyond means! He was accessible to speak with whenever I needed to his paralegal Stephanie always responded promptly and was courteous. They fought for me and in the end I can’t thank God enough for the outcome! Office staff were wonderful and always kind. Rebecca was very professional and she stayed on top of everything pertaining to my case. When the insurance company wanted to fight Rebecca came in with gloves on. She kept me informed on everything that was going on so I was never in the dark. It was an unfortunate experience with the car accident but I had a wonderful experience with PKSD. I felt like they fought for me like I was one of their own family members. Thanks for everything!!!!
