Athenamarie Demeros represented my brother in an uninsured motorist claim. He died and I was named estate representative. I can be difficult to work with, to say the least. I feel like after my case finally ends with this firm that I will need to intensive therapy to unpack how during the scariest point of my life this firm has kept me in the dark on everything and somehow also held me hostage with them. Every time they call me I experience worse PTSD symptoms than my actual accident. Edit for response —————————— Why do you think that would resolve or make me feel better about everything I’ve experienced? You call me once every six months to drop the equivalent of atomic bombs on me and you accomplish what you want -I’m not a human to you people, considering that you’re taking almost 50% of my settlement when for at least 6 months you never bothered to tell me that my lawyer left your firm and I couldn’t get in contact with anyone in the desperate position I am in especially during that time? Do you want to humanize yourselves to me by meeting in person? Do you want to reveal yourselves just to assert more power and dominance over me? Or do you just want to be absolutely sure I never mentally or financially recover from this accident and subsequently your malicious non-communication? Every time you talk to me my fear physically manifests in full body tremors what more do you want from me
