I just wanted to say that Groth Law Accident Injury Attorneys have been better than my own family during these times of need. The love they have shown me throughout this entire process brings a tear to my eye even as i wrote this review. Rather big or small i would highly recommend GLAIA , they communicate and make sure the people (the person) they’re representing gets the compensation they deserve. I want to send a very special thanks to Isabelle at Groth Law and her specialized team of attorney(s). Without her i wouldn't know what to do in life at this point. Only posting this because I had this firm since AUGUST 2023….i have never seen or talked to anyone from there but 4 times by phone and that’s because I called them…found out lawyer on my case don’t work there anymore because I asked why he haven’t followed up now today I’m told the paralegal don’t work there anymore and I only know because I called to ask again why I haven’t spoke to a actual lawyer…TODAY was the last I can take of the unprofessionalism I was told I would be speaking to a lawyer at 3:30pm called at 3:35pm they said oh sorry we have you on the calendar for 4:00pm I called at 4:05 they sends me to voicemail and another lady answer and says nobody is available they will have someone call me when they can…SERIOUS…I did the car fixing check with the insurance people on my own without the law firm assistance really so not sure what’s taking so long to finalize this situation…AT THIS PONIT I JUST WANT ANOTHER LAW FIRM let’s see now if they make time to call me 🤦🏾‍♂️

At this time I'm very happy they've answered my questions and I know everything takes time patience I have it's unfortunate that things like this happen some people don't pay attention when they're that young I'm glad everybody's okay but it could have been worse when the lady left the scene that was not right if my daughter were injured worse and needed help she would be in a lot of trouble the other driver and she did need help and where was the other driver leaving the scene she didn't care I'm sorry makes me mad thank you very much for your time
