Mr. Pecora represented me in a drug offense case in 2016... we together discovered many loopholes in my case which resulted in me receiving a FAR LESS severe punishment than what was initially projected

I hired Mr. Pecora for my my case (OWI -2nd with minor in car.) He thoroughly investigated the incident to see if there was any way to get the case dropped. Unfortunately there was not. Once it was determined the only thing to do was take the charge the DA put in a plea deal of 60days in jail and the maximum time for loss of driving privileges and put on a charge of refusal to take blood test. Mr. Pecora got me NO jail time and the minimum time for loss of driving privileges and the refusal charge dropped. I would highly recommend him to anyone in my predicament.

No Complaints. In 2015 ALL of my charges were DISMISSED including the FELONY. Thank You So Very Much!! This was the first time I had ever been charged with something criminal so I was rather emotional, ignorant to the process, a little scared I guess, etc. Chris Hartley did His BEST to Reassure Me and to Explain the Process. We went to court a handful of times, he did what he does, and NO JAIL FOR ME!! The price was fair. Not Cheap but Not Crazy either, Competitive. Very rude . The conversation of consultation went from , Hi how can I help you what's going on my names Chris Hartley To " that's not my problem call somebody else n hung up " I can't help it his receptionist didn't give him specific details to my first my call was about employment issues He called me back I had no idea who he was it's her fault . The number was online I called it gave the info I needed in it gave me the number to call based on my needs I had no idea who would call me it was. Listed 24 /7 info on listed topics . but still so rude to say things he said n hung up I wont go into much detail about how much more rude he got but highly immature n unprofessional so I'd say find a lawyer with at least a moral compass not a ego
