My WC case is 28 years old. The case was given to Thomas Domer from my attorney I had for years. During the just over a year Domer had my case ( which he quit after being called on what he did )I had my second hip replacement. After surgery I received TTD weekly payments like anyone would. 9 months into the TTD payments I learned Domer was getting $168 week cut of these conceded payments. I did what Domer doesn't want you to ever do, I called the insurance to ask if they conceded these payments. They didnot dispute but conceded these payments. Here is the game that is played by a attorney that Wrote the book on WC. Domer asked for a hearing first and one day later the insurance company conceded. The honest question would of been asked before any hearing was needed. If you look hard enough you will find problems with this lawyer. Domer seems to be on every association and WC board there is since 1970. That is like having Carter, or Nixon as your president for 40 years. If your a client that will never have a question he might be for you. I never met this attorney in person for a year. That is 100 % on me. Their is a road map for his arrogance and rudeness. i received a email that I learned of the money being taken from my check that I believe I wasn't suppose to see. In that same email Domer talks of not having any claim on my 4o% PPD but later says he is going to take 20% of that conceded money also. After being called on these problems Domer Quits. This lawyer knows the system he so called wrote. Don't believe for a minute he is fighting for you. Any attorney that quits after taking in my case over $8000 of conceded money is wrong. I sent a email after he quit saying quitting is not the answer. The WC system is a small world. Be real careful in hiring a attorney. This attorney will get your case and consider it his. That's not cool!

I was referred to Charlie Domer by an attorney that I work with in Milwaukee. My brother experienced a life changing fall at his work that left him incomplete quadriplegic. We, as a family, worked hard to learn as much as possible to navigate a very burdensome system of dealing with insurance, social security, medical field etc. With Charlie's help, we were able to deal with some issues on our own but when I recognized we needed professional help, Charlie stepped in. Tom and Kelly have really knocked the ball outta the park. I notice people whining about not being able to reach them but with a top of the line attorneys office for workers comp. They are busy people. When workers comp stopped paying me multiple times I informed them and I got my money immediately. Do not go with any other attorney. They take there time but the end results have always been positive. It's well worth the time,money and effort to sign on with them.
