Matthew is a great attorney. He takes his time and is very thorough. He’s empathic and always willing to explain whatever is needed. Extremely responsive and communicates in advance when he takes time away from the office. We spoke to many attorneys and he is one who is respectful and doesn’t assume you are not intelligent. Matt was hired by our nonprofit to represent us in an appeals case after we lost a somewhat complicated case in a lower court. Understanding that less than 10% of appeals cases are won on appeal, we weren't very optimistic. But Matt is a genius in understanding the law in general, even though he wasn't familiar with nonprofit law. He is a quick study and was able to convince the appeals court that the lower court ruled erroneously. Because of Matt's support our nonprofit won the legal right to a $1 million endowment that is now allowing us to continue to function. In addition, his work with the appeals court put an end to a dispute that was over a decade old. Lastly Matt has such an easy going demeanor. He was wonderful to work with and very patient in explaining the complicated workings of the appeals process. We will always be very grateful to Matt for Saving our nonprofit.

Mr. Pinix is really a great attorney from the minute he started working on my habeas corpus petition for post conviction related to felony conviction . He is really determined , persistent and very knowledgable ,always returned my calls and communicated through emails until we won the habeas petition. Mathew called to get more information from me to see if my case would fit his firm and it did not. My family went through a lot, there is many government players. We have absolute evidence to sue 3 individuals. It is hands down, they are guilty of framing an innocent man, have a 911 audio that totally gives them up. I was hoping Mathew would had sued these 3 for me, there was plenty of wealth that the suit would have paid back. After the simple law suit of these 3 or 4 men, we would had exposed evidence or not enough evidence in addition to the admission of my district attorney friend to realize the validity of a government malfeasance law suit. I am sure we would easily be able to extract the admissions from these 3 or 4 men negotiating there liability. Yes there would not even be a court date, the evidence is so strong, so positive they could not defend themselves. I wish Mathew would reconsider.

Were do I begin to even express what Matthew S. Pinix and his team has done for my family and I. During the most trying times of our lives we came to his office to hire him for an appeal. We recently were granted a victory on that appeal which gives back 35 years of life. Matthew fought with such passion and was worth every penny. I can truthfully say without a doubt that Matthew Pinix has been a blessing for myself and my family. As I was sitting in my cell at Waupun Correctional I prayed so many times for another chance at Justice. Well it happened thanks to the very competent and professional work of Matthew.
