Mr Rozek is a very knowledgeable, thoughtful, and caring attorney. Randy took on a very difficult case that other attorneys turned down and forced the insurance company to make a more equitable settlement. The case was difficult because in most cases the laws are made protect negligent businesses that find it easier and cheaper to break laws then to hire legal citizens which demand higher wages and won't demand safe working conditions. I hope I never have to go through this again but if I do Randy would be my call. God Bless Mr Rozek!

Mr. Rozek was very knowledgeable and comprehensive in obtaining our settlement. The settlement involved three separate insurance companies and four insurance policies in addition to a MEDICARE reimbursement. The settlement was reached in less than 18 months after action was initiated. The action was not initiated until 24 months after the accident due to completion of medical procedures

My mom was injured in a fall at Wal-Mart. Attorney Rozek was the only one willing to take her case; the other firms I contacted said that no one could beat Wal-Mart. They were wrong. Mr Rozek persevered and they settled, making Mom's last months much more comfortable. He would be my first choice from now on.

Randy is a very good personal injury attorney. He is very understanding and compassionate and helped me receive a decent settlement for facial injuries sustained when I was hit on the passenger side by a bakery delivery truck on 21 March 2008.
