I am very pleased that I was referred to Atty. Sinitz when I sold my investment property. Atty. Sinitz made sure that I understood every step of the deal, from listing the property through the final closing. He provided input with regard to the language on the listing contract and multiple counter offers; he was sure to explain all of the closing documents so I knew what I was signing. He never made me feel rushed or like he had more important clients.
