Worst attorney ever...paid him $14,000 dollars for nothing. He took advantage of the situation we were in and literally made all these promises that he didn't fulfill. The judge found him in contempt of court at one of the hearings. I don't usually leave bad reviews but its been years since he represented me and I can't forget how bad I got screwed. Please think twice before hiring Michael Maistelman, he does a terrible job at everything. He is the Epitome of a money hungry lawyer that isn't looking out for your best interest.

I hired Mike to help with an open records dispute with some local public officials. Mike provided great, practical advice and eventually all of the parties that were reluctant to provide the records requested relented. I have since recommended Mike to family members for other matters and have no qualms about recommending his services to anyone else.
